Physician-in-Training Program

The Middle East Fertility Society is pleased to announce the creation of the Physician-in-Training Program, an outreach educational program which main focus is to offer post-graduate physicians, residents and fellows, with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in Reproductive Medicine and Embryology that will enhance their potential and further their careers as health providers.

Description

For this year, MEFS is offering a free membership subscription and a free registration to its Annual Scientific Meeting for eligible applicants. For future years, MEFS is seeking educational grants from donors for the purpose of:

• a. Covering travel and accommodation expenses of medical trainees whose research has been accepted for oral or poster presentation at one of its scientific events.
• b. Offering a one-week clinical and/or research mentorship for post-graduate applicants, away from their current training hospital.

Eligibility

This program is designed to support all physicians in-training with special interest in Reproductive Medicine. Candidates should be enrolled in an approved post-graduate training program in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Middle-East. A letter from the Program Director, Chair or Dean is required.
